產前我們教運動開髖，有助於順產。而產後運動呢？是為了女人一輩子的生活，這也是助產師關注的。骨盆底肌支撐了骨盆的所有器官，在孕期慢慢被拉伸增加裝載的重量，生完以後，我們需要讓它慢慢恢復，最重要的是透過運動，從靜態到動態，從低強度到中高強度，把核心肌群的力量找回來，降低年紀大了以後的漏尿、子宮/膀胱脫垂等情況發生的機率。

產兆跟產程是不同的狀態。產兆出現時，母胎都安全的情況下，通常會依照產婦跟醫療院所當下的溝通進行後續的待產生產。
