Lucy 是一個從小就擁有超強專注力的人。
念書時，她總能全神貫注，因此在學業上表現優異。
家人也因為她「會念書」，便希望她只需專心學業，
不用幫忙家事，也不必接觸太多其他事物。
高中畢業時就很有想法的她，
對人類從個體到群體的發展，以及現況與歷史脈絡都充滿興趣，
因此自主選擇了交大人文社會學系。
大學的學習很快樂，然而，當她以優秀的學歷畢業後，
Lucy 才驚覺自己成了一個不太懂人情世故的「書呆子」。
由於太容易進入「專注狀態」，即使腦中有許多想法與見解， more
非常感謝 Saori 願意敞開心扉，
分享她與憂鬱症共處的親身經歷。
在剛踏入社會的那幾年，
Saori 曾深受憂鬱症之苦,並接受心理諮商長達五年。
從治療結束至今已經過了十多年，
她說:「直到最近兩年，我才真正感受到，我能夠好好表達情緒!」
認識她僅兩年的我，也明顯感受到她今年與去年的轉變。
