这本书从整体上感受，个人觉得作者讲的有点儿啰嗦，许许多多的名词概念都是对比西方哲学来解释的。诚然，这可能有助于我们理解，但是结果反而使得章节内容有点絮叨，啰嗦，中国的哲学很多人不懂，那么外国的一样，用一个名词来阐述一个名词，原本也不一定容易理解。也许，这本书是大学演讲的稿子编辑而成，很多是学生录记的，所以在所难免的内容不够精炼。所以，这是个缺点。

这是一本描写阿富汗人物的一本书，类似于自传。不知道是不是翻译的原因，这本书没有什么特别精彩的比喻、夸张等修辞运用，就连语言来说也不够精彩。我一直追求语言的精彩，时间与空间的压缩。但这本书对于我来说确实有感触，记得多少年前开始读过的书也有这么一种类型，只靠描述就让人忘不掉，记得有个作者叫杰克伦敦，记得他的《热爱生命》、《一块牛排》、《旷野呼唤》。简练却让人忘不掉，是因为描写的东西都是关于生命的思考，都是让人变得厚重的东西。我们都是《平凡的世界》... more
罗杰斯的《个人形成论》看了三分之二了，每次看心理学大师的书都感觉十分艰难。这种艰难我想大概率是我远离这个行业，只是看理论造成的。想写一些自己经历的东西，主要是内心变化的东西或者说对认知事情看法的转变，又决的现在还不成熟，或者说内心不是很乐意。内心的快乐程度不足以表达自我的真实感受。
