有一種友誼叫做中山國小六年九班，這次一系列的錄音是張西八拉開錄以來最熱鬧的一次，一間二坪大小的錄音室一次擠進了八個人，也是張西八拉開錄以來每一集都超過40分鐘以上的，這一系列的節目創下了很多的第一次，也是我在睽違很久之後重返錄音室的動力來源。
從國小認識經歷了將近30年的時間，這群人依舊能為了同一個目標聚在一次，彼此義氣互挺，為了一場賽事可以準備許久，為了一次的衝線可以不眠不休…這幾集的錄音過程，讓我找回當初想做Podcast的原因，那就是一股不求任何回報的熱血，就像這群人的友誼一樣。

熱血這件事是會感動到身邊所有人的!
2022年4月，看見身邊一群女生朋友參加了CT515的比賽，游泳1.5公里、騎車40公里、跑步10公里，這些運動都必須在一定時間內完成，當我隔著螢幕看著她們完賽時的淚水，我徹底被感染到，原來活著還有另一種樣貌。
我從來都不會覺得自己是個「運動咖」但這幾年支撐我最大的力量卻是各種運動，從爬山、打拳、跑步、騎車、高爾夫球、到現在為了準備完成自己的鐵人三項而去學游泳，一步一步的把自己想學的，慢慢學習，慢慢成為生活的一部份。
