Zach is extremely smart. The information he provides and interviews he includes on the show are greatly helpful. The sound levels; however, will make your ears bleed if you’re listening to this in your vehicle. Multiple times a show, he’ll go through periods where he talks quietly and you can barely hear him, and then he’ll start talking loudly into the mic. He especially does this when he has Joe and Sean on the show. Zach, and especially Sean and Joe can be condescending towards conservatives ... more
Zach is a smart guy, but he’s also entertaining! I learn some important stuff but I also get a laugh!
For a self professed amateur, this podcast is incredibly well thought out and produced. Oh and yea there’s the fact that he spit hot fire - honestly a damn decent dude speaking facts and being wholesome…. When was the last time you saw that?
Keep up the great work y’all.
I first saw Zach’s content when his Facebook shorts randomly popped up in my feeds while doomscrolling. I was hooked from his first video, found him on YouTube and now podcasts. Love your content and especially your delivery! Much respect and it’s always great seeing another veteran be successful in pursuit of their passion!
ZACH!! This is fantastic. Followed you here from Instagram. What you talk about is so real and what I’m seeing to - just really appreciate you talking about what is going on and realistic ideas on how to improve. I hope you run for office someday!

A sharp, economics-leaning show that surveys housing, wealth disparities, and macro trends through a grounded, audience-friendly lens. Episodes routinely blend real estate dynamics, inflation, and policy critiques with practical commentary on how these forces shape everyday finances. The tone tends toward clear analysis and real-world implications, often including personal anecdotes and calls for self-education and proactive planning. A notable edge is the willingness to tackle controversial topics and connect long-running economic debates to current events, making it potentially valuable for listeners who want candor about money, markets, and housing without jargon.
What stands out is a consistent focus on the housing market, Fed policy, ... more
