婆媳真的天生就是敵人嗎？
今天的來賓同時是一位媽媽、婆婆與阿嬤，而且和兒子、媳婦及孫子住在同一個屋簷下。三代同堂的生活中，難免會遇到料理方式、家事分工、金錢觀念、孩子教養與生活習慣的差異，但她的家庭卻很少發生婆媳爭執。

坐月子期間，她可能正在經歷傷口不適、乳房脹痛、睡眠不足，也還在適應餵奶、照顧寶寶與整個家庭的新生活。
探視前，先詢問是否方便；到場後，簡單問候、適時離開。不要等媽媽開口趕人，因為只要客人還沒離開，她往往就很難真正休息。
真正貼心的探視，是讓媽媽感受到被關心，而不是在大家離開後，還要拖著疲累的身體處理被打亂的餵奶與休息時間。
月子探視真的是一門學問：不只要有心，也要懂得觀察、尊重與適時離開。
