在台灣，我們常說這是一個多元文化的社會，也知道有一群人，在其他族群和外來政權來到台灣之前，就已經生活在這片土地上，也就是「原住民族」。
不過，你知道嗎？除了我們熟悉的阿美族、排灣族、泰雅族等16個族群，已被政府承認的族群之外，還有一群人，他們說自己也是台灣的原住民，卻始終沒有被正式承認。
這群人，就是「平埔族群」！
