不過憲法法庭無法運作，跟我們一般民眾有什麼關係呢？

本集節目在12月18日錄製，當時並不知道隔天會發生台北捷運無差別攻擊事件，因此並沒有進行相關討論。
但令人不解的是，在北捷無差別攻擊事件中，不論是台北捷運、第一線執法人員，甚至是整個市政系統的防範措施，都有許多可以改善和調整的地方，而下週台北也將舉辦跨年活動，將有更多的人潮聚集在活動現場及大眾運輸節點。
在這個時間點，做為台北市市長的蔣萬安，卻依然心心念念著不能缺席要辦在上海的雙城論壇，雖然參與時間從2天縮短為1天，但在社會剛發生重大傷亡事件之後，任何演練和預防措施都不嫌多。

Taiwana month ago - #117主持人說要民進黨扶持小黨，從以前扶持時代力量、民眾黨的結果看來，只是傷害台灣的錯誤行為，自己的票都投不贏了，立法院才會變成這樣，現在還要他們分給別人？是在做夢嗎？
既然主持人都提到全台里長只有3%是民進黨籍，而小從里長、地方民代到地方首長，大部份都是國民黨籍，那就應該知道在現在的制度下，光是火力集中投民進黨都不見得會贏了，何況若再把票分出去，那兩黨勢力就更傾向國民黨了，就更傾中了。
說得好像讓支持民眾黨的人去支持國民黨的議案是民進黨的責任一樣，但為什麼不覺得民眾黨本來面目就是跟國民黨一樣，只是包裝得比較年輕而已？

第117集後段，主持人說對比2024大選的結果，許多投小黨的人在這次726罷免大多投不同意。這跟我在其他直播聽到吳崢說的有出入。
吳崢說根據某平面媒體分析，這次的同意罷免比例，約略等於2024年不分區裡民進黨跟其他小黨的得票比率，代表罷團在726的努力是有成果的。
這說法跟主持人在這集說的完全是兩種說法，當然得出的結論就會不同。建議主持人在說出選後分析數據時可以附上相關來源，而不只是轉述。
