在藍白亂砍預算之亂時，陳玉珍大砍公視預算激起社會各界罵聲連連，不過不只是公視，在台中長期深耕轉型正義、民主深化的「好民文化行動協會」，也是藍白亂刪預算的苦主。
好民文化行動協會長期在台中舉辦「自由路上藝術節」，連結許多在地組織，常年邀請政治受難者前輩及代表發生，希望台灣社會對於轉型正義、對於獨裁壓迫歷史的記憶不要消失在時間的洪流中，而陳玉珍卻點名刪除補助好民文化協會的預算，以預算審查之名，對民間團體行言論審查、思想審查之實。
