This is a great podcast. I can already tell you even after only listening to a few episodes. Bob is very detailed and helps break things down with a full introspective point of view and best of all comes from a place of service and love centered leadership. I believe this is the future of the marketplace and this is the podcast you need to listen to if you want to be ready for it.

  • Disappointed and Unsubscribed

I’ve stuck with this podcast for a while, but I’m officially done. Lately, every episode feels like it’s trying to scare listeners into action. Constantly pushing fear and anxiety as motivation. I’m tired of being told how scared I’m supposed to be.

On top of that, the delivery has taken a huge dip. It sounds robotic now, almost like it’s being read straight from an AI-generated script. The heart and authenticity just aren’t there anymore.

  • So Genuine so real

Met and listened to Bob at a convention once and simply put, he’s incredible. I hone in to what I listen to because in an overstimulated world and being a truly, child diagnosed ADHD women/mom/wife/ , it’s CRUCIAL I stay in a lane. I listen to a few podcasts ,,Ed Mylett and A Brief History of Power (completely unrelated to each other lol) and Bob, because as a Bible believing follower of Christ, He resonates with me personally. Not because his podcast has anything to do with my faith, but becaus... more

494: Behind the Rank: Liz Turner on Building a Business That Gives More Than It Takes
Q: What changed for you when you started embracing a new source of leadership?
Liz describes a shift from pushing and fear to pulling and service, which transformed how she leads her team and how her team responds. The coaching helped her transfer belief to her teammates, resulting in a lighter, more sustainable form of leadership.
492: Behind the Rank: Michele Hawley on Being the Engine Everyone Depends On
Q: How did the conference and the presence of her daughter influence the approach to leadership and belief?
Having her daughter and partner present helped Michele slow down, focus on being present, and reframe success through the lens of calling and love-led leadership rather than pushing for the next rank, which allowed her to observe and learn from others with greater openness.
492: Behind the Rank: Michele Hawley on Being the Engine Everyone Depends On
Q: What were the moments around declaring the push for nation, and how did it feel when the first attempt didn't hit?
The first attempt felt like a huge personal blow and a struggle with self-worth; Michele later recognized the pattern of fear-led belief and used the experience to shift toward a more sustainable, love-led approach, though it took time to recover.
492: Behind the Rank: Michele Hawley on Being the Engine Everyone Depends On
Q: What did your business look like to the people outside of you?
From the outside it appeared high-energy and epic, with rapid promotions and visible momentum; however, Michele began to realize that the belief driving that success was borrowed and not truly owned, which led to a shift in how she views leadership.
491: Behind the Rank: Ashley DeLauro on When Encouragement Is the Mask
Q: What changed when you hit the Nation level on your own terms, and how did your belief evolve with your team?
Ashley recounts declaring Nation multiple times, the third-party belief that grew with stronger, more established teammates, and how true conviction only arrived when the team demonstrated readiness to push together rather than rely on her sole drive.
