  • Get to the point!

The first several minutes it sounds like you’re listening in on a click of middle schools girls’ conversations talking about random things the episode has nothing to do with.

Love this podcast. It's become my go-to for practical parenting advice and has given me so much language that I use almost daily when working through difficult situations with my teen while focusing on building a strong relationship with them while supporting their independence.

  • Honest conversations about teens

Found the podcast several years ago as my kids aged out of the younger parenting content and was so happy to hear experiences from the hosts with older kids. Great variety of guests and topics. Love how they challenge the typical negative comments usually applied to teens, thanks!

  • So many helpful episodes

I have learned so much from this podcast. I was feeling disconnected from my teens and really isolated when I found it. When the kids were little, I felt like an expert, but the teen years were so hard at first. This podcast helped so much! I especially like the expert interviews.
