This is a great blend of nature as medicine and a natural and sustainable mindset which is right up my street! Highly recommend it!
Great topic. Heads up for folks with sensitive hearing/misophonia: early episodes of the podcast have a lot of mouth noise that can be triggering. By episode 7, the vocal quality is much improved.
Since learning about the health benefits of trees from Verla Fortier I have seen an impact on my life happiness. I love how she is vulnerable and open in her podcast which makes me and my own fears feel normal. I can’t recommend enough!

So easy to listen to this podcast and although I’m late to discovering it just as Verla pauses it, I do have the past episodes to catch up on!
I love Verla’s integrity in recognising that she needs to take time out for herself and is doing just that!
Enjoy the pause!
