Super podcast , apart from being side splitting funny at times I’m amazed at how willa remembers all the names of people and places from over the years and so many of them . I can’t remember someone’s name two seconds of being introduced . Anyway very funny and worth a listen , just don’t crash while driving & listening as should come with a warning it’s so funny .

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Deirdre O'Kane | Messages from beyond, trailblazing women and ballymun scraps
Q: Dee, what's the big difference you notice between the early stand-up scene and today's scene for new comedians?
There are more women now, which is great, but it's probably harder to get open mic slots because there are so many new acts; still, there are more gigs and more opportunities overall.
Colin Geddis | Belfast mams, comedy sign-language and podcast dynasties
Q: How has the Belfast/MNorthern Irish identity influenced your approach to comedy and audience engagement?
Geddis notes that Northern Irish identity is evolving, with younger generations embracing a more inclusive view of humor and community, which broadens appeal while still preserving a local voice and edge.
Colin Geddis | Belfast mams, comedy sign-language and podcast dynasties
Q: What was it like hosting a high-profile guest like Kevin Hart, and how did that affect your career momentum?
Hosting Kevin Hart was a surreal, high-intensity moment that validated Geddis's ability to pull off big-scale events and opened doors for further arena-scale gigs, while also highlighting the logistical and security considerations of such brief moments of star power.
Colin Geddis | Belfast mams, comedy sign-language and podcast dynasties
Q: When you started doing podcasting and content creation, did you plan to build a platform around live stand-up or did it evolve organically?
It evolved organically from experimenting with multimedia and mock documentaries, then shifting toward live stand-up as opportunities appeared, with a gradual move from online content to touring and studio work.
Willa and Eric answer your weird, wild and wonderful questions
Q: What is Willa's favorite runner of all time?
Willa's favorite runner is the Air Max 1.
