本期是两个做攀岩研究的心理学女岩友说给女岩友，和所有女性的的年末特别节目。
就像“V8！”很早就注意到的，作为新兴城市运动的室内攀岩，女性岩友占了一半以上比例。而今年女岩友的存在，因为“月经是否需要延长月卡”的讨论，而被特别强调了出来。但我们发现，大部分讨论受限于月经究竟会不会痛，而实际上更应该讨论的是：这套周期节律带给我们的身体，和大脑的影响，如何与身体协同，一起爬得更久，更聪明。
这场讨论不是一个结语，而是以来年为起点的，V8！想要传达的更深入广阔的认知科学，心理学和女性攀岩讨论的开始。... more
