本期节目我们请来了果壳联合创始人、科普作家小庄，她翻译的科普著作《发炎的大脑》提出了一种关于抑郁症病因的全新假说。
这本书的作者提出，炎症反应是一种全身反应，当人身体的其他部分遭遇微生物感染或是重大环境压力的时候，都有可能使大脑发炎，诱发脑神经递质紊乱，形成抑郁症。作者认为，基于这种假说，未来的抑郁症的治疗方案也许不仅仅是针对情绪或精神。而身体和心理疾病，也不该被泾渭分明地看待。
另外，小庄常年被胃病困扰，也因此理解了抑郁症病人，在某种程度上，我们都要学习管理慢性病并与之相处。

大家好，我叫开心。我是双相情感障碍二型患者，曾经抑郁症重度多年。感谢身中一刀推荐我入群，认识了丫米。丫米她们在做非常棒的事情，类似于救人一命胜造七级浮屠。曾经w哦住院治疗的时候，精神科给我的牌子是红色S，高危提醒，防自杀防自残。我现在已经停药很久了，能正常生活。我感激过去经历的这一切，我相信丫米也跟我一样——因为自己淋过雨，所以也想给别人撑把伞。国内目前对精神类疾病的治疗，还是任重而道远。希望有更多的人加入丫米，加入我们。真的是很好的节目，不信你听听。
