本期节目，我们请来了可能是世界上最坚强的人——柱子哥。2018年，她患了淋巴瘤，发现时已经转移。她写了《魔都28歲硬核知識型美少女自救指南》这样一篇文章，理性又不失幽默豁达的文字，让这篇文章被转发了上千万次。
那之后，她积极的抗癌，终于稳定下来，重新上路，在雅加达等地方过着丰富又快乐的生活。“抗癌”的标签已经渐渐消失，却没想到在2024年的8月中旬，她又被确诊为胃癌晚期，而且已经转移。医生判定 她的生命只有三到五个月。

这期节目我们请来了作家苏小懒。她虽然看起来是一个热爱生活，活力满满的人，但也有了抑郁情绪。在抑郁情绪和抑郁症的临界时刻，她选择了服药，而且效果明显。
苏小懒有很多抑郁症的朋友，这让她对抑郁症有了很多的了解，所以我们发现，跟她聊起来居然毫无障碍。我们还探讨了情绪和育儿等话题。

大家好，我叫开心。我是双相情感障碍二型患者，曾经抑郁症重度多年。感谢身中一刀推荐我入群，认识了丫米。丫米她们在做非常棒的事情，类似于救人一命胜造七级浮屠。曾经w哦住院治疗的时候，精神科给我的牌子是红色S，高危提醒，防自杀防自残。我现在已经停药很久了，能正常生活。我感激过去经历的这一切，我相信丫米也跟我一样——因为自己淋过雨，所以也想给别人撑把伞。国内目前对精神类疾病的治疗，还是任重而道远。希望有更多的人加入丫米，加入我们。真的是很好的节目，不信你听听。
