但聊着聊着，我们发现有更深的问题要探讨，面对如此汹涌的科技创新带来的“幸福感”，人类要警惕什么？我们期待大家不要无止境地沉溺于这种“幸福感”，回到真实的，哪怕是痛苦的人际关系中，甚至第一次在公开场合，听到了李松蔚老师真实的无力感，那真让人动容。

他是个极擅长洞察和处理人际关系的专家，大家都认为熊老师是个活得通透想得明白的人，但他也同时是个在持续服药的抑郁症患者。病得最重的时候，他30度的天也要穿着厚外套，且有自杀念头。
今天，熊老师跟我们掏心掏肺地聊了一下他患病和治疗的经历和感受。

大家好，我叫开心。我是双相情感障碍二型患者，曾经抑郁症重度多年。感谢身中一刀推荐我入群，认识了丫米。丫米她们在做非常棒的事情，类似于救人一命胜造七级浮屠。曾经w哦住院治疗的时候，精神科给我的牌子是红色S，高危提醒，防自杀防自残。我现在已经停药很久了，能正常生活。我感激过去经历的这一切，我相信丫米也跟我一样——因为自己淋过雨，所以也想给别人撑把伞。国内目前对精神类疾病的治疗，还是任重而道远。希望有更多的人加入丫米，加入我们。真的是很好的节目，不信你听听。
