John and Jason are wonderful hosts that take the time to lovingly lampoon a whole host of Avengers titles. However, they aren’t afraid to give credit to really good issues, too! I find this podcast is a great way to keep me reading through the Avengers run and revisit the West Coast Avengers title that I read a while ago. Start with an issue you may be familiar with and go from there!
Great show; all the enthusiasm and snark the Avengers comics deserve.
If you like comics already, want to get into them, or are just looking for vaguely endearing background noise, this show is for you.
I have been looking for a Avengers Podcast I can read along with! Thanks for the show guys!
This podcast shows the love of comics in general that Jason and John have, along with the effort they have put into researching cultural references, scientific accuracy, and literary remarks in the books. The use of humor and critical analysis are wonderful! I'm glad that the letters in and recognizable authors was included in the podcast. Great podcast!
Jason and John runs through everything Avengers. It’s a great concept, and they really know what they’re doing. The sound quality could be better, but the discussion and story summaries make up for it.
