有一天在餐廳，我遇見了一位讓我很有記憶點的「神奇寶貝」。
明明只是一起在同個空間吃飯，卻讓我深刻感受到，原來自己其實是一個很在意界線感與禮節的人。
而當那些聲音、行為、習慣，一次次打破我心中的「正常範圍」時，我也開始默默在心裡替對方扣分。
甚至會冒出：「我好像沒辦法接受這樣的人。」
那一刻我才發現，原來真正的考驗，不是在平靜裡談溫柔，而是在自己真的被影響時，還願不願意讓心保持柔軟。
但很奇妙的是，當我裡面開始有很多評價的聲音時，神也同時提醒我：祂愛的人，從來不只是那些讓我感到舒服的人。 more
你是否有過內心很難專注的時候？老實說：「我有，而且是常常。」
當我發現自己開始很容易忘記事情時，特別是在腦袋想好的下一秒，起身就馬上忘記這件事上，常常使我感到煩惱。
後面我發現一部分是藥物作用；另一部分則是在「快資訊、快答案」的潮流中導致的腦霧現象。
使我的腦袋在無形之中變得很遲鈍、也容易分心，後來我透過一件簡單的事，才慢慢把專注力一點一滴找回來...
結論是：真的要好好節制手機使用量，不然有可能就不是金魚腦那麼簡單，而是直接變成水母了吧～
