好久不見啊大家！！
真的超級久沒剪音檔了，ＳＡＲＡＨ有罪太偷懶了......因為畢業後就開始忙碌，另外跟網易雲的一年合約結束後實在搞得身心俱疲，感覺錄podcast已經不再好玩變成壓力，雖然跟ＶＩＮＡ有陸續錄了幾集，但實在拖延症不想剪，再加上我們可能前往的目標以及生活都有所改變，所以也就默默地做出了停播的決定。中間我們曾經討論過是否要再次重新開始，但似乎找不到最初的感覺，所以就作罷。

之前VINA總算報到了內觀中心的活動，去體驗了這項活動，SARAH本來也是很想參與這項活動，但是這幾年常年不在台灣，便沒辦法參加。

好久不見了大家！應該自從六月開始我們就停更了，雖然還有一些庫存，但SARAH就是偷懶去了（不是啦～）
六到八月我們兩個都超級忙碌，SARAH結了婚，感覺像邁入人生的另一段；VINA在工作以及自己喜歡的事情中間尋找平衡，這幾個月過去後我們又從動盪的生活走回正軌，就先來錄一個回歸，之前的我在慢慢補上，不知道有沒有想我們的聽眾呢？
之後我們也會再次思考我們錄音的方向，因為我們兩個越來越忙碌，又因為時差的關係，實在很難找到一個共同的時間錄音，常常一個月只有一兩次的時間對得上，其餘都是無法拿出麥克風好... more

很好的主題 但兩個人對談有時會有點尷尬 從一開始A:從國小開始接觸靈性 B：這麼早 A:妳很假欸 B:...還好吧 我聽了覺得有點尷尬 因為我第一反應也是 這麼早哦 結果被說假 還有冥想那集 A: 那妳平常有很常冥想嗎 B：這麼突然要進入主題了嗎 A:很自然吧 B:那..我們就開始吧 聽了覺得很尷尬 因為明明本來聽起來很自然 結果反而講完變很卡 但總而言之兩人的口條都不錯 尤其讚賞背景音樂很棒 會繼續收聽
