有人曾經計算過，如果你和我一樣已經步入中年，那麼你和父母一起同桌吃飯的次數，可能剩下四十次。
我第一次面臨親人離世，是我高中時，阿公過世，當時他才70幾歲，後來我出了社會，高中最要好的朋友韻秋，在她青春年華的25，在美國車禍中喪生。
然後那些年，好多生命就這樣猝不及防的離開，我開始理解，人不是活得夠久才會死，而是完成靈魂任務就登出，沒有在等你準備好的，隨時隨地，你就得和他人道別離。
