因为美剧《诊疗中》，我重新意识到自己为什么在能量不足的时候，还有意愿和力气能给别人搭一把手。绝大多数时候，是因为我同样有过不如意的时刻，所以伸出了我的手，同时也幸运地能从中获得一些「我还能行」的自我确信。小部分时候，我也忘了应该先关心自己，而不是还晃悠着要帮助别人。
