「目分量バリスタ（KJ命名）」のテンギョーが、「QC（クオリティコントロール）の鬼」であるKJのジャッジを受けるべく、KJが焙煎した豆を使ってエスプレッソを作ってみました。
KJのアドバイスで抽出のやり方を変えてみたりしながら、興味深いエスプレッソの世界について（ゴッドショットについても！）リラックスモードで語り合いました。
エスプレッソをベースにしながら基本的なコーヒーの抽出理論にも話が広がっていますので、あまりエスプレッソに興味がないという方も是非聴いてみてください！
