原來那些琳琅滿目、推陳出新的食物，很多都來自他的腦袋與味覺。食物與日常生活密不可分，食品研發員的角色，好像間接投遞了許多的快樂到我們口中。
「英匠製菓」是他自己的甜點品牌，從研發空間走到消費市場裡，用甜點跟大家打交道！
