當我「有意識的聚焦」在，
自己的生活重心，
要和生命的意義一致，
和現階段人生的底層信念和價值觀一致時，
即使每天還在做著一樣的事，
用幾乎一樣的生活節奏，
用一樣的時間、資源做一樣的投入和安排，
但是每天生活的內在安定感，卻出現了很大的變化，
零碎時間裡，因為對自己喜歡事情開始更多的立刻去做，
內在的焦慮感變少了，
對自己微笑的時間變多了，
一個人自在享受和好奇這個世界有趣點的時間，也更多了，
於是一天又一天，生活似乎變得更美好了，
