因爲買了阿娥姐的書，近而固定收聽podcast。
真心感謝有這樣的節目窗口，能在非醫療線上提供最實值的幫助，這樣的幫助除了增加疾病衛教知識，也提醒許多該防範的未知，讓我們不慌不忙。
除了收聽節目也會依案例需求去閱讀相關的書籍，眼界跟心靈都大開都被滋養了；家中有病人或照顧生病家人的處境跟心情，沒有相同遭遇很難遇到惺惺相惜的人，能在這裡去懂別人，也被懂是很可貴的。
每每聽完一位分享者的歷程，聽的當下跟著哭，哭了幾次後發現自己腦袋會愈來愈清楚，愈清楚就愈不害怕處理，哭變少了相對夠冷靜去思考怎麼做，心理素質愈來愈強大，是一種很奇妙的變化！
總之真的很感恩，謝謝阿娥姐跟每位來賓不藏私的分享。
