Frank我是一個由台灣到矽谷留學就業創業的人，這個podcast 是訴說我的30多年生活經驗及職場經歷和管理經驗 。我從一個窮留學生到世界五百強企業的管理階層，最後如何在幾個初創公司之後退休。
我在六七年前開始在臉書分享這些經驗，頗受好評。過去一直有臉友慫恿我把臉書寫的集結成冊的出本書。，我總是擔心花了精神編輯之後無人問津。現在誰還看書？甚至擔心就算我送給所有的朋友，最後也在人家的馬桶水箱上，💩時才翻翻。至於那些建議我拍影片的，更是欺負我沒胸沒腿可露的，最後變成YouTube 孤兒！
後來想想，我從大學混辯論社到矽谷工作後有許多公開演說的機會練就一嘴唬爛的功力。我可以在完全沒準備下，上台侃侃而談。你指著桌上的杯子叫我扯一段，我可以由加州葡萄酒莊給你扯到唐朝涼州詞的葡萄美酒夜光杯，最後再拉到我幾年前去內蒙的經驗。所以決定在podcast 和大家分享我的生活經歷及一些職場經歷和管理經驗。如果你想聽「... more

這個百年老店的第四代傳人在面對殘酷的書法市場萎縮，努力的嚐試了許多方向，撞的頭破血流之後，找到了新方向。他把揮灑於宣紙上的毛筆帶到粉面桃腮上。
台灣的許多傳統產業曾經是創造亞洲經濟奇蹟的主要推手。很不幸，許多都式微或甚至淍零。希望藉由分享這個少數非常有創意而且很成功轉型的例子，也許能給其他傳統產業一些靈感。

為了回美國時要帶一些我媽媽要給孫女們做紀念的東西，我在桃園機場兩個不同的B2和三樓出境大廳來回奔波140分鐘，然後被某官員陪同下帶過安檢就不能再入境。我的班機是半夜，而官員處理我的事情必須在下午3:30 前完成。
