Frank我是一個由台灣到矽谷留學就業創業的人，這個podcast 是訴說我的30多年生活經驗及職場經歷和管理經驗 。我從一個窮留學生到世界五百強企業的管理階層，最後如何在幾個初創公司之後退休。
我在六七年前開始在臉書分享這些經驗，頗受好評。過去一直有臉友慫恿我把臉書寫的集結成冊的出本書。，我總是擔心花了精神編輯之後無人問津。現在誰還看書？甚至擔心就算我送給所有的朋友，最後也在人家的馬桶水箱上，💩時才翻翻。至於那些建議我拍影片的，更是欺負我沒胸沒腿可露的，最後變成YouTube 孤兒！

坦白說，我過去一直認爲現在的年輕人真如大家叫的「草莓族」。幾個月前，我遇到了我的繪畫老師，一位大三兼家教的女孩。
和她學習一段時間後，在課程休息聊天時，我發現了她其實是一顆「變形金剛草莓」！
外表看起來像草莓🍓，但其實裡面是變形金剛的引擎。
遇到困難可以變形，遇到挑戰可以升級，遇到新環境還能快速適應。
