之前是不論健康和生病過12天都一律安樂死，還有製造野生動物不安全和流浪動物受苦的就是人類，石虎路殺也怪到狗狗身上？是不是也要講人類不當開發製造環境問題，還有不當飼養！狗狗貓貓不是原生種，人類也不是，用這種理由去合理化流浪貓狗會危害野生動物！人類才是最大的問題！
