I liked the brevity of this course. I provided me some context for me to rewrite my non-profit’s web page.

  • Immediately useful

I watched this series and immediately knew what I was doing wrong. Read it a second time then completely reworked one web site. Tomorrow I rework the second - not revise, rework. Crystal clear. The presenter knows her subject and communicates excellently. An eye and mind opener

  • Great refresher course

Well presented & concise course that reminded me of some basics I had been sidestepping. This will help me better define my process more clearly to my clients so they understand the importance of well written web copy. Thanks!

The lecturer then proceeds to get responses from the real audience she had at the time of giving this talk. These taped segments have not been well audio-engineered - the volum... more
