I think this is a brilliant concept, giving a voice to the “every day” person’s wisdom rather than hearing from the ubiquitous management gurus and business rockstars.
I wallow in it’s authenticity and revel in the human stories of triumph. In some small way we are all management gurus et al without the big PR budget. Neil gives his interviewees around 45 minutes of fame, triple what Andy Warhol predicted. Worth a listen every now and then to keep us grounded.
Well produced but more importantly really interesting content. Love hearing what everyday people have to say about life. Well done Neil and team!
I’m always a believer that everyone has something meaningful to share and/or are interesting once you scratch the surface. Sadly in life sometimes we forget to take the time to do so, which is why I love this podcast - it’s been an awesome find. A simple premise but always inspiring!
Love Neil. He has a voice for radio and keeps the podcast moving! Also love the topics!
The WOWpod really does make you say "WOW!" The words of wisdom are fantastic, but my favorite part is the host, Neil Butler. Neil has a great personality, is extremely knowledgeable and ask great questions, leaving the guest and the listeneres with great food for thought.
