  • All 3 of the hosts are great. It's nice that they all still work together after their time at Cracked. However, considering they have known each other for so long, they should be better at concisely finishing their thoughts AND allowing each other to finish their thoughts. But usually one person is making a point and probably taking too long so someone else interrupts but the 1st person just tries to power thru and the other does the same. The result is some truly terrible audio experiences.

  • I feel you a Sophie!

I have PTSD and hate trying to sleep. My anxiety always ramps up. I found the hands on heart/abd 4 square breathing on my own and loved hearing it is a “real thing!” Thanks for this ep.
