  • Amazing content!

Listen, it’s about time someone said the things Rika is saying! This is so good. In a lot of ways women carry a different burden in leadership than men, it’s so good to hear encouragement specifically for the women in leadership.

  • Right On Spot!

I have worked in a utility company with linemen for 20 years and it’s so hard to lead men in the field and not have the actual knowledge of their job. But I loved this podcast cause you don’t have to know their job - you just have to lead them to do better, be safe and be the leader they need.
