This podcast has helped me in ways I never thought possible. Not only has Justin helped me return to the Catholic faith but he has given me the knowledge and discernment to explain to all of my friends, who are Protestant, why. I feel like I’m constantly under attack from my Protestant friends who try to trump everything I say with the constant “are you saved?” And “do you accept that Jesus is your Lord and Savior?” Thank you so much Justin! May the Lord make his face to shine upon you always.
This podcast is just a font of knowledge for those with an intellectual interest in the Catholic Church. Justin is a convert, and does a great job translating Catholicism for Protestants. But it’s a great resource for Catholics of any stripe.
I was a committed Protestant who loved Jesus and loved to study theology and doctrine. Looking back as a Catholic of almost 2 years I resonate with so many things in this podcast. I’m so grateful for my years as a Protestant but my lived experience as a Catholic has brought me to a deeper level of spirituality and faith and love for my Lord. I now know how much I was missing and could never go back. The fullness of truth and all Jesus taught is found in the one, holy and apostolic Church. Glory ... more
Great, well worded and concise podcast!
As a fully convinced Protestant, I don’t come to the same conclusions as Justin. However, I appreciate his easy to understand style and desire to communicate Catholicism and its vocabulary to someone like me.
I agree with Justin that in many Protestant circles, falsehoods on Catholicism abound. While we definitely don’t agree on everything, I would highly recommend this podcast to anyone interested in gaining awareness of a Catholic worldview.
Justin does so well teaching with great clarity. Just when I might think to ask a question, Justin would say, “ Now I know what you might be thinking…and here’s what I have to say about that.” Great podcast!
