Great educational podcast that translates passion and knowledge in an entertaining way. Really great at highlighting so many of the levels of knowledge, craft and community needed to produce Irish Whiskey.
To my shame I’ve only started listening recently. A fantastic whiskey podcast exploring everything from the history of lost distilleries all the way up to what’s up and coming in Irish whiskey. Great guests and a nice relaxed format. Laurie’s thirst for knowledge and enthusiasm shines through. Great to listen to while having a dram.
Love the podcasts from Laurie. Gets some great interviews and some fascinating behind the scenes access that most wouldn’t get.
Really enjoyed the podcast with John. Great insight into the business and industry. Good luck to them on their journey & Keep up get great work Laurie
If you have even a passing interest in whiskey then this podcast is a must. Amazing guests from the industry, always informative. But the garden chats episodes, where people from outside the whiskey industry speak their mind on whatever their drinking, are fantastic. Great craic and no BS in whatever they’re saying.
