  • How to Build a Democratic Party that Doesn’t Lose

Really great episode on what will be a battleground district in CA. Far away from tech wealth in the Bay Area and LA film industry, there’s the plantation system of the Central Valley where 2/3 of people get their health care from the safety net. Working and poor. There are no jobs in small towns unless it’s for corporate farms So great to learn that for the first time in the history of the Central Valley, there’s a progressive person running.
