Ep 140. It’s time for our first solo Q&A of the new season! In this special episode, I'm diving deep into some of the most frequently asked questions straight from IG. Last week, I shared a story asking what topics you would want to discuss if we wer... more
Ep 139. Three years ago, I felt completely lost. I was paralyzed by this feeling that my life no longer matched my purpose — like I needed to step back, stop the ship, and change course, even though nothing was “wrong.” During my yearly birthday read... more
Ep 138. Have you ever wondered when we learn to stop being honest with ourselves, and how this teaches us to suppress our body’s signals? What if learning the truth is unsafe starts in our family systems — and how do we begin to tell the truth as adu... more

I was here for the health topics and how the guests were the rare kind who weren’t promoting a product or course etc but were genuine experts wanting to share their knowledge! The new direction toward personal growth isn’t for me and makes me wonder if she should have started a second podcast with a new focus and brand / appreciate this pod through the years tho!
Olivia is not only a talented speaker and interviewer but she is a magical human sharing her multitude of gifts with us all and I am forever grateful. I have loved her podcast for YEARS however this episode rocked me to my core because of how REAL it is and also because of its timing with my own feeling that my life is falling apart after a major move, heartbreak, and career/value shift. Olivia understands the collective on such a deep level and I can't thank the Universe enough for her. KEEP ... more
Such a nice podcast to listen to. I came here mainly for the interviews and the amazing health topics that Olivia picks. I was sad to hear that there’s going to much less of that in the new season. I also wasn’t a fan of the producers questions and tone.
After finding you earlier this year and listening to lots of more recent episodes, I went back to the beginning of the pod in 2020 and am feeling even more appreciation for you 🙏 I’ve applied so many ideas you’ve shared to my life (about to do a hot foot soak!) and felt happy and entertained listening in my kitchen. I don’t go on Insta so I don’t know if you’ve said anything but I miss you 🥺 I totally understand if you need a break or are hosting in person educational events as you’ve always d... more
Olivia is very knowledgeable and does her research, preps well for the podcast, but she talks so much that I feel the guest is sometimes left not sharing as much as they could? The intros are super long and drawn out with Olivia talking slowly, the longest podcast intros I’ve ever heard. I like how the Skinny Confidential intro just states a quick summary of what they discuss and then they get into the show. I usually start Olivia’s podcast and never finish because of the interruptions from Oliv... more
