  • Real people who like running

There are many many running related podcasts that discuss issues around running that maybe only really impact on those who are elite or close to elite or have a certain amount of disposable income to get equipment or travel to enter events.

This one is normal (well kind of) people facing normal life stuff who have a love for running in whatever form that takes. Take a listen, they are very lovely.

  • Fantastic content from fantastic people

Since subscribing and playing through the back catalogue I’m beyond inspired. All the guests have great stories on how they first got in to running, the struggles they’ve faced along the way and even health battles they’ve had to overcome. Really puts into perspective how much we’re capable of when we put our minds to it. Now being part of the Fartlek Family I see what an amazing bunch of people they are. Rob and Matt have created a family of like-minded people with a common love for running, an... more

  • It’s a family thing

The show, guests and running based tomfoolery is second to none.

This is more than a podcast, the community the guys have created is unreal. Supportive beyond belief.
