Really interesting and informative podcast! Lots of positive approaches to take away whether in sports or Life!
A great podcast. Even not being in athletics, I was able to take the ideas and themes and translate them to my own daily routines and habits. Michael has done a great job finding and interviewing a variety of guests to engage all listeners.
It was great to hear the intricacies that go into each level, from youth, college, Am, and the Tour. The podcast illustrates a lot of training, competition, and lifestyle changes that are commonly overlooked when moving on to the next step in the game.
