This has been amazing. So many memories. You are my childhood.
I had originally written a review when this first started and my thoughts were that this podcast was less than stellar. It had gotten off to a clunky start; but since then, I’ve kept listening and it has vastly improved (I’ve been watching Family Matters for 35 years; my friends even make fun of me because I legit watch it as part of my regular rotation)! Both ladies have found their voice as podcasters, and the guest stars have been a delight. Family Matters is such a rare show; highlighting th... more
I rated this podcast 3 out of 5 stars, because when Telma and Kellie stick to the main topic — Family Matters, which was a universally loved show — it’s a good podcast. When they get off into side tangents about politics or about their personal feelings on men…not so much.
I love this show even after all these years later and appreciate the effort into creating this podcast. But I don’t want to hear from actors who weren’t even on the show. (Example Loretta Devine)I want to hear more behind the scenes stuff from Kellie and Telma and less going off on tangents. Would be great to get guests who were either cast members or even crew members instead
