  • Michael Saylor

Thank you to Tom Ryan for shining a light on the world of bitcoin through the eyes of Michael Saylor. The dearth of information Tom draws from Saylor through in depth and pertinent questions was not only informative they were asked in a way that the uninformed and skeptics would have no choice but to take notice. Thank you again Tom for your in-depth interview with Mr Saylor. I will be recommending “Welcome to the arena” to all of my friends and colleagues

Will Ulrich, Co-CEO, Presidio Petroleum — No Drilling Required: A soon-to-be public oil and gas company takes a unique approach to value creation (Re-broadcast)
Q: How does the dividend work on day one, and how do you view long-term dividend growth?
The dividend is designed to be attractive from the start, supported by hedging and disciplined leverage. We expect to grow the dividend through accretive acquisitions and, over time, use earnings and cash flow to expand the payout as the portfolio expands.
Will Ulrich, Co-CEO, Presidio Petroleum — No Drilling Required: A soon-to-be public oil and gas company takes a unique approach to value creation (Re-broadcast)
Q: What inspired you and your co-founder to pursue a business model that avoids drilling, focusing instead on optimizing existing assets?
We saw a downturn and a huge pool of capital chasing development; by targeting cash-flowing, mature properties and applying aggressive optimization, we could generate superior returns with lower risk and less capital intensity, which proved to be the core differentiator of our strategy.
Demond Martin, CEO and Co-Founder, WellWithAll – Inclusive Capitalism: Building a business that empowers communities (Re-broadcast)
Q: How did your career in finance inform your decision to start WellWithAll and focus on inclusive capitalism?
Working at Adage for 21 years taught me to understand not just numbers but people—the human side of business. My mentors emphasized humility, long-term thinking, and the discipline to under-promise and over-deliver. Those lessons became the backbone of WellWithAll, shaping a model that uses profits to fund health equity rather than chasing short-term gains.
Demond Martin, CEO and Co-Founder, WellWithAll – Inclusive Capitalism: Building a business that empowers communities (Re-broadcast)
Q: What motivated you to apply to Harvard Business School during college, and how did that experience shape your career trajectory?
The opportunity came through a program at Harvard during my junior year; I pursued it to expose myself to a tougher, higher-caliber environment and realized I could thrive there. My time at HBS helped me see the value of disciplined thinking and a long-term view, which I later applied in finance and in building WellWithAll.
George Tomeski, CEO, Helfie.ai – Paging Dr. iPhone: Using AI to help you take control of your health (Re-broadcast)
Q: What's been your funding to date and what will you need to reach the next stage?
Healthy AI has raised just over 30 million USD and plans to raise about 250 million more to fund infrastructure, product development, R&D, and commercialization for global rollout.
