I learned so much about Elton John’s music through this. Learning about Bernie’s lyrics and how Elton wrote the music to go with them was interesting info. Your original song not only demonstrated the process, but going through it part by part and explaining his techniques was enlightening. I think if Elton hears the song you wrote about him, he would be impressed.
