Don’t usually listen to podcasts but i currently had a week away from the family with work with lots of travelling and these guys kept me company and I loved every minute of it. I’m a fan of VLDL anyway and it just felt like travelling along with a bunch of mates. Amongst all the nonsense chat they have covered some pretty important topics around mental health which was great to listen to, so thank you for covering that
