Join Luke Westaway and Andy Farrant as they talk about cinema's greatest achievement: Disney Channel Original Movies. From X-TREME rollerblading, to Mermen, to homicidal smart homes, there's something for everyone in these brilliant, baffling films. Also, usually the mom character in the film is unable to cook, and this is considered richly comic. Hence the name.

Like any good podcast, this one was borne of friendship and quarantine madness. As someone who was not allowed to watch the Disney Channel growing up, I think the optimal way to learn about Disney Channel Original Movies is secondhand from two people neck-deep in the absurdity of their mission to watch every single DCOM for a second time.
These guys are so funny. Their take on these stupid movies is unique, as they only saw them for the first time as adults and also they are British. Making fun of DCOMs from that perspective makes for truly great comedy. This pod is very nostalgic and honestly therapeutic for those of us scarred by Disney. Cheers!
Great show, constantly amusing, with an energy that is incredibly touching. You can feel the affection they have for the material, however bad, and each other. Two hilarious people that can’t help but make you laugh.
Perfect podcast. No notes, kings.
I’m slow to the bandwagon and catching up now. While Andy asked that we don’t recommend you start with Eddie’s Million Dollar Cook-Off, because of ‘all the dog f*ing’, that’s exactly why I recommended it to my husband!
Ok, there are other reasons too. Give it a listen and have fun!
