The Art of Looking Like Yourself - Dr. Monasebian
Q: What are the most underrated and overrated procedures in your view?
Eyelids and chin augmentations (genioplasties) are underrated for their profound impact, while trendy, heavily promoted procedures by influencers can be overrated and not truly game-changing for many patients.
The Art of Looking Like Yourself - Dr. Monasebian
Q: What is your approach to non-surgical vs surgical decisions for patients?
We offer both, assess the patient's skin and underlying structures, and recommend the best option—whether non-surgical modalities first or a surgical procedure is needed—always prioritizing safety, recovery, and lasting results.
The Art of Looking Like Yourself - Dr. Monasebian
Q: Tell us about yourself. What do you do and how did you get there?
I am a board-certified plastic surgeon with training across dental, maxillofacial, and plastic surgery, and I built a practice focused on facial expertise and natural results. My path included Brandeis, Penn for dental school, and residencies that combined medical and dental training to become a comprehensive facial surgeon.
Rebecca Brooks — PR, Presence & Power
Q: How do you navigate talking about antisemitism or being Jewish with clients and audiences?
She emphasizes speaking truth to power, guiding clients to express what feels true to them while staying mindful of the brand and audience, and recognizing the evolving media landscape.
Rebecca Brooks — PR, Presence & Power
Q: So please tell us about yourself. What do you do and how did you get there?
Rebecca describes starting her own agency at 25, pivoting from corporate PR, and building a client roster in beauty before expanding into food, hospitality, and lifestyle, driven by storytelling and authentic connections.
