Aven is a great host, and the interviews are incredibly insightful. However, my only gripe is the janky dialogue edits are too frequent and distracting. Please consider leaving in the natural pauses and ums and ahs so it sounds like a real convo and not a series of quotes cut together. Otherwise keep up the excellent work!
