Really varied and interesting content. Well researched and presented with tasteful understated advertising ( I think I’ll buy a mosquito repellent hoodie! ). Phoebe is a breath of fresh podcasting air.
One of my favourite travel podcasts, Phoebe has a wonderful way with words and can transport you to a far off country or just to a dark night, mid micro adventure in Wintery Britain. Love it!
The podcasts were recommended by “The Guardian” recently. Phoebe’s energy, curiosity and empathy come across so well on the podcasts. Thanks so much for bringing such clarity and vision to my travels whilst not leaving home, (unless I’m out with my dog and my AirPods).
Very many thanks. Great work. Keep it up.
It might be a good podcast but I'll never know because the level is too low. Even on full volume I can't hear it over every-day city noise like traffic. I sometimes plug my iPhone into the kitchen radio and, with the kitchen door open, I can listen to pocasts while I'm in the garden. With this podcast I can't even hear it over the noise of the washing up, never mind while outside. I don't have this problem with any other podcasts.
What a gem, Phoebe helps us to be travellers and adventurous wherever we are. Really engaging and fun to listen to, I particularly like her travel tips and introducing us to forgotten female explorers from the past.

This travel podcast offers listeners a unique blend of adventure, storytelling, and inspiration. Topics include off-the-beaten-path locations, wildlife encounters, community conservation efforts, and the stories of uncelebrated heroes in travel and exploration.
