You are doing nothing but doing damage and scandalizing the faithful. Read the Bible and any official Church teaching on any truth claim made in this podcast and I guarantee they contradict. And the makers of this podcast don’t care. Their mission is destroy Christs Church from within. Just leave and be Anglican.
This show tries way to hard to push the left side. You can just feel the biased in the host. Such a poor podcast. Would not waist my time.
I follow my conscience like a priest told me to do many years ago. This podcast gave room for me to do just that. I love God and my fellow people. How can we get into “good trouble” if we follow all the rules? Rosa Parks broke the rules. I don’t go to church anymore because our local church excludes too many people who I love. Give me the Benedictine priests and nuns. They include me and my loved ones.
America magazine regularly tows the line and often downright crosses it when it comes to following the actual doctrines of the faith. Statements like “bishops teach ________, but do ‘Catholics’ agree?” Should always throw up red flags.
Although I am not a catholic, I am a Christian and I wrestle with these issues. I appreciate the thoughtful and honest discussion of the complex issues that help me get some direction in what is the right course of action to take as a Christian citizen.
