I do like the brevity of the teachings. Very well presented. However, sometimes the verses are taken out of context and applied to today’s happenings. To present these verses to today’s world is fine, but give the context of the verse. Then apply the verse to today’s world. Thank you!
My husband and I often start our day with a verse and discussion.
This is such a great way to start the day. Very quick, very informative, and lets us know there is so much more information than what each Verse By Verse presents.
I have committed myself to understanding the Bible. I have turned to Verse by Verse to help me understand the meaning of God’s word. Some days I have time to listen to other podcasts that are longer and more drawn out. Other days I just need a quick lesson from the Bible- this is why I love verse by verse. I am able to fit my Bible time in my day and at any time of the day. This is a wonderful podcast.
Each podcast takes a verse, or a few verses and discusses it in context with the whole Bible. The speakers are clear and emphasize God’s love and the hope the Bible gives.
