This is by far the best podcast that talks about all aspects of sports! The knowledge that these guys provide is very satisfying! Every athlete that’s listening has probably heard some of the topics they discuss about but they never got into depth of these topics! If you want to learn and adapt the way you prepare yourself for competition in whatever sport you play, this is definitely the podcast you want to listen to on a daily basis!
