109: The Authenticity Equation
Q: If you could ask Cindy three questions in a coaching moment, what would they be?
How do you feel about what's going on? What have you already tried that hasn't worked? If you were coaching you, what would you say to the situation?
109: The Authenticity Equation
Q: What is the authenticity equation and how can a leader apply it?

109: The Authenticity Equation
Q: How can leaders break down silos in a genuine way?
Start with self-reflection, take ownership, encourage authentic conversations, lower the waterline on the iceberg by sharing what you're thinking and feeling, and involve peers and mentors in the process.
109: The Authenticity Equation
Q: What are the common pitfalls that lead to underperforming teams?
Robbins argues teamwork is hard because collaboration isn't taught, individual performance is often rewarded, and people struggle with ego and silos; however, building trust and aligning around a shared goal can overcome these obstacles.
111: The Pineapple Principle: How to Live an Exceptional Life
Q: What is the Pineapple Principle and how does it apply to leadership?
The Pineapple Principle is a three-part framework: stand up straight to make eye contact, wear a crown to value yourself, and be sweet on the inside to treat others with kindness. Used in leadership, it encourages visible confidence, self-worth, and genuine care for others, which helps build trust and a positive culture.
