  • Insightful

Having had the opportunity to both be a guest in this podcast and as well as listen to other content presented by Eric my biggest takeaway is: insightful. I find Eric’s curiosity to be contagious and his questions to be evidence of his true interest for what his guests bring to the table. It is a conversation rather than an interview. Eric also adds value through his owns experience and love for coaching and the future. Check it out.

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Why Fighter Pilots Debrief Everything
Q: How do you use AI in your engagements with clients to challenge assumptions?
We use AI as a partner to define deliverables, explore capabilities, and drive iterative refinement within an ORCA-like framework to stay destination-led and evidence-based.
Why Fighter Pilots Debrief Everything
Q: First, what do you see in fighter pilot culture that translates into training leaders for business?
The core is iterative decision-making, continuous debriefing, and a bias-aware approach to learning; leaders adopt ORCA to reflect, validate outcomes, and adjust actions quickly.
Are We Living at the End of Modernity?
Q: Tell me about the most recent article and the argument you're making.
The piece expands on paradigm theory, connecting Kuhn's ideas to meta-stability, while introducing agregores as a social engine governing imaginal space and life-cycle dynamics of cultures and institutions.
Are We Living at the End of Modernity?
Q: Could you tell me about yourself and what you're working on now?
I'm a consultant and futurist who loves philosophy, currently writing a book about leadership and exploring how empathy, safety, and organizational culture fit into a larger philosophical framework.
Why Youth Sports Keep Failing Kids
Q: How does this compare to systems abroad, and what lessons can we take?
Countries with open ecosystems and clear pathways for progression tend to produce more top players; the U.S. could emulate selective promotion structures and transparent performance metrics to guide clubs and parents.
