What a fantastic podcast. I listened to a few recent episodes, got the audiobook and am now now feverishly listening to the back catalogue. A dreamy descent into uncanny dread each episode is haunting and atmospheric with a calm commentary on the unknown. Excellent work and true dedication to the paranormal and unsolved mysteries of our times.
Just picked up listening again after a few years away. Cadence seems off, is this AI now? Somethings not right with speech. It’s like a Temu version of how this used to sound. No soul.
The ad’s have ruined the show. They are frequent, loud, noisy and distract from the tone of the show. Finally unfollowing.

A common through-line is how ordinary communities are drawn into extraordinary questions, with emphasis on conflicting theories, social dynamics, and the uneasy space between known facts and lingering uncertainty. A notable trait is the production's blend of atmospheric narration, historical detail, and occasional exploration of paranormal lore, which can be both immersive and polarizin... more
