Omg I love it thank you Aaron Mahnke I love cabinet of curiosities so much I listen to it with my mom a lot please make more!
I’m in agreement with many reviewers that this used to be a delightful podcast to listen to and is now just a platform for pushing a PC/woke agenda. We have mainstream news stations for that. (Which I stopped listening to, as well.) I used to recommend it to friends, family and colleagues. Sadly, I’m deleting this and will no longer recommend to anyone. Perhaps they ran out of neutral fun-facts so this is the direction in order to keep it going.
It is good.
I really enjoyed the content that you draw inspiration from but lately all of the PC rhetoric you employ is just becoming too much and taking away from the story you’re trying to tell, I’ve listened for several years and it’s seems only recently that this is overshadowing your storytelling. Please just put out good content we all can enjoy you have your views and that’s fine but you’re not changing anyone’s opinion voicing it in this format. Thanks
Edit: Had to rate down a couple stars. Used to use this to fall asleep to but ads are too interruptive to do that these days so I don’t listen anymore.
Old Review:Short and sweet these stories have it all! From spooky to mysterious to just plain weird these short episodes manage to pack so much in each episode. The music is a perfect choice and keeps the tone of the podcast.
Love that this comes out once a week! Look forward to every one.
